2. Services Offered
Aqua Sensory Malaysia provides child-led swimming sessions for babies and toddlers, including:
Aqua Explore: Group sessions with mini weekly themes and special monthly themes.
Aqua Sense: Personalized 1-on-1 sessions for parent and child, available in 30 or 45-minute durations.
3. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
We accept payments via bank transfer and e-wallets.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will incur no refund as applicable.
Clients may reschedule their session within the same week if prior notice is given.
5. Health and Safety
Parents/guardians are required to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or special needs of the child before the session.
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the session.
Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
6. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any sessions. By signing, parents/guardians acknowledge the risks associated with water activities and release Aqua Sensory Malaysia from any liability.
7. Photography and Media
Aqua Sensory Malaysia may take photographs and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, parents/guardians consent to the use of these images. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please notify us in advance.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
9. Amendments to T&C
Aqua Sensory Malaysia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our website.
